January was a great month for vacation rental bookings at Perfect Places, which means it was a great month for a lot of property owners and managers. We saw a 32% increase in online bookings over January 2012. We also saw set a record for online booking revenue.

This mirrors
optimism expressed by vacation rental owners and managers in our recent survey.
The majority said they were optimistic about business picking up in 2013. So
far, so good.
Perfect
Places is no stranger to online bookings. In fact, we’re a pioneer. We booked
